Native of Compton, California. Dante is a passionate entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in counseling, training, mentorship and development. With over 26 years of progressive expertise in higher education academic counseling, advising, operations, and sales management. Built by a professional journey encompassing a diverse range of industries, including higher education, sales, financial services, marketing, credit repair, automotive, fitness, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and shipping/receiving, complemented by an extensive military background.

Leveraging and utilizing an analytical mindset, innovative thinking, and unwavering motivation. In alignment with military service that has instilled a sense of discipline, coupled with a natural aptitude for innovation and creative problem-solving.
Dante excels at resolving complex operational, technical, and management challenges with confidence, persistence, and a flair for creativity. With a proven track record of streamlining processes and executing strategic business decisions, leveraging sound problem-solving strategies that yield significant results.

Dante holds a Master's Degree focused on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix, and Western International University, further solidifying knowledge, problem solving, and expertise in the field.

With a strong commitment to serving the community, Dante and team Holly are dedicated to providing practical resources for personal development to individuals from all walks of life, including moms, dads, teens, and others, fostering a sense of unity and collective growth.

Diamond Holly Productions, is a social media production company. CEO Diamond Holly co-founded alongside Dante Holly Sr and Dante Holly ll. We started the company to empower people to take a greater role and control over their lives and future.
A year ago we released a podcast called Stay Shinin with Diamond and Diamonds Corner which are weekly shows about building a successful brand through story and authenticity. While working with my brother and Father at Diamond Holly Productions as the Founder and Host of several segments on our network. Our goal is to foster a network of people to have a positive experience with the Stay Shinin brand.
