Can you share with us the inspiration behind creating Healing Hands Growth Oil and your journey as a business owner?
My Inspiration for what I do is from My Lupus, my Top Product was my whole inspiration behind my Hair Growth Oil, Lupus took my hair out and that was my inspiration to either let it take over me or I could fight back. My Growth Oil has not only helped me with my journey but it is helping so many others that suffer from Hair Loss, Alopecia, Men balding and even children and that is what brings me so much joy, helping others because I do understand the fight.
It's impressive that your growth oil is now available in four stores in Jackson, Mississippi. Could you tell us about the challenges and triumphs you've experienced while expanding your product's reach?
It has truly been a blessing; it is in 4 Hair Stores in Jackson, MS and also on Amazon. It wasn’t hard but I didn’t give up, as far as the stores, I made sure I was keeping in contact by phone, email and even showing up to stores with my Product, I didn’t give up or get discouraged.
As a business owner, what have been some of the most valuable lessons you've learned along the way?
I learned to always remember why I started, some days are so harder than the next but never give up. I tell myself that one day it will all pay off. Prayer and Patience.
As a dedicated mom and business owner, how do you balance the demands of running your business and taking care of your family?
It’s definitely a lot because I do work a full-time job, I just do as I can, I make sure home is taken care of first but I have a lot of late nights and early mornings.
Are there any new products or expansions in the works for your brand that you'd like to share?
I also have a business “Queens Soul Seasoning” which is an All Natural Season Salt and I also am working on a Jewelry line, jewelry that I make myself. (Fix)
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to start their
own business and create their line of natural health care products?
Never be afraid to Step out on Faith, we only live one life so make the best of it. Never sit on your dreams.
What message or impact do you hope to leave on people?
I hope that I inspire others to go for what they believe in and to simple just believe in yourself. Do not worry about who will support or who will or will not be by your side, the support will come, it won’t be easy but you have to keep pushing regardless.
Whats your endgame?
My end game is to one day be so successful I don’t have to work my regular 9 to 5 job. I will have my own store up and running and be very successful. I know it’s coming I am still trusting "My Process".
