Meet LindsiNoelle, an advocate for cultivating a healthy life. Her inspiring journey, ignited by personal health challenges, has transformed her into a source of motivation for many individuals. What makes Lindsi truly stand out is her wholehearted dedication in the realm of social media, where she gained a dedicated following of 104k TikTok followers. Through her content, she empowers and influences people on their health and fitness journey, leveraging her own experiences to guide them along the path to wellness.




How did your journey unfold, shaping your focus on mental health, wellness, fitness, a holistic lifestyle, and your mission on social media?


After experiencing some health issues myself, such as chronic anxiety, depression, brain fog and intense PMS, I knew it was time to make a change because I did not want to feel like that anymore. I was eating horrible foods, barely exercising, my sleep schedule was all over the place, and engaging in party culture for years. This went against everything I was studying in college at the time too. I was studying integrative medicine and holistic health while destroying my own health. I was very aware of what I was doing, but change happens from within, not external forces. I trusted my divine timing as I also had a spiritual awakening, so I eventually knew I deserved better for myself. I moved to Texas at the end of 2020 with my husband that I just married, so I took advantage of this introspective time and embarked on a health/wellness/fitness journey! After a year of creating these healthy habits, immersing myself in knowledge, and truly feeling the positive effects of making a lifestyle change, I decided to share what I did to heal on social media because I wanted others to feel this way. I followed wellness/fitness creators and they taught me and inspired me, so I wanted to be that for others who needed it.


Have there been any particular challenges or turning points that have shaped your life's path?


The health and wellness market is saturated, so it definitely is hard to stand out. I am still figuring out what content gets pushed to my audience, but enjoying the process! I also want to post on a broad spectrum of topics, but creators do well if they stick to one niche, so I am just experimenting and finding what I love to post about.


Also, like anything in life, there is a dark side to the wellness industry where companies push out unhealthy products to get more money from consumers. I have had to really research wellness products and make sure they are truly good for people’s health before advertising them. It has been hard to trust companies, but I want to be someone people can come to and trust that I really do have their health in mind when recommending products or practices.


How do you stay motivated and continue to push yourself creatively?


I only post if I get a direct download from the universe- something that directly applies to me in that moment, a lesson I just learned, or something that gives me glimmers in my soul. I want to be authentic and genuine with what I post, so that pushes me to keep learning so I can share. I also just love having an online journal and documenting all my findings, so that helps me stay creative in the way I present it. I love filming a cute part of my day and editing it with the thoughts in my mind. It is easy to stay motivated if your intentions are pure and you aren’t forcing it or pressuring yourself to push out recycled content.


Besides your professional pursuits, what are some of your passions or hobbies that bring you joy and fulfillment?


My passions include animals, especially my dog and all the neighborhood cats I take care of! My whole world is centered around my dog, Keenah, as we spend hours a day walking, playing, or snuggling. I am a huge advocate for pets getting proper exercise, mental stimulation, and love. I truly can’t wait to have a house so I can foster animals. I also walk dogs on Rover just for fun and some extra side money. It brings me so much joy to meet new dogs and give them proper care.


I also love anything spiritual (astrology/birth charts, moon rituals, tarot cards, reflective shadow work journaling, crystals, magic in self-care, metaphysics, angel numbers, past lives, gods/goddesses, etc!) It just is another tool I use for self-reflection, practicing awareness and growth.

My other passions include sexual education, special needs advocacy, natural birth, interior design, cleaning/organization, & true crime.


How do you manage the various aspects of your life, such as career, relationships, and self-care?


I am extremely blessed to be in a position where I don’t have to work a 9-5 job as my husband is the provider and allows me to just explore my passions and practice my fitness, wellness, and self care activities. I absolutely love being the one who takes care of the home and our fur baby, so this dynamic is great for me. I still follow a routine as I am a type A person, but I am flexible with my time. I live apart from my family and best friend at the moment, but I have time to communicate and nurture those relationships daily. My marriage is amazing as well as we both are truly committed to our self growth and growth as a couple, so I don’t really have to stress about that. Self-care is my life and I LOVE it. I will romanticize every little thing I can which makes life so much more fun. It doesn’t really feel like I manage anything except daily chores (which I love doing)- I truly am so happy with my lifestyle and roles. That’s why I want my income to be something I truly love doing, so it doesn’t feel like work or something I don’t enjoy managing.


Life often involves transitions and change. How do you personally adapt to and embrace change in your life?


Self-care, healthy habits and routine!!!! I can always count on these remedies as things change around me. Actively creating peace and joy is the best remedy. Creating a stable and grounded nervous system allows me to flow through different seasons of my life. Trusting in the universe wholeheartedly that things happen FOR me, not to me has been a game changer. It is all about mindset, perspective and discipline.


If you could go back in time and give advice to your younger self, what would you say?


Get comfortable being uncomfortable, enjoy the journey, and express so much gratitude!


What guidance and advice can you provide to individuals who are contemplating a similar journey towards enhancing their fitness, health, and overall well-being?


Working on yourself is the highest form of self-love. It creates self awareness which translates to awareness of others and how you impact the earth. You deserve the best and only you can provide that for yourself. Aligning with self-growth will bring nothing but blessings because energy flows where intention goes. High quality whole foods, non toxic products in your home, daily movement, time in nature and a deep awareness of life IS the BEST medicine and will heal you with practice and upkeep! Know you deserve the highest quality of everything. Holding yourself accountable is the foundation to getting what you want out of life.


What's your endgame? What do you ultimately hope to accomplish in the future?


I want people to take their health into their own hands, so we can create a healthier and happier society! Inspiring people and planting seeds of knowledge means everything to me. I would love to write and publish a few books in my lifetime too, so people can learn to think for themselves and not trust everything the media says is good for them. I also would love to eventually grow to the point of making passive income then using that money for more investments and financial freedom. My intentions are pure- I would love to save more animals, donate to causes I am passionate about, and take care of my friends and family. I want to build a sustainable home, grow my own foods/herbs and raise my future children in nature so my impact on the Earth is a positive one.
