Upon turning 22, a significant shift occurred in my life. While 21 was filled with fun and wonderful experiences, it was at 22 when I truly awakened to the realities of life and started taking it seriously, recognizing the importance of life lessons. Throughout 2022, there were several valuable lessons that stood out, and I am immensely grateful for every small moment and profound teaching, as they all played a role in shaping the resilient and strong individual I am today—a diamond, polished and refined by life's experiences. The challenges and growth I encountered have sculpted me into a person who is better equipped to navigate life's journey with wisdom and gratitude.

JANUARY - Change is Okay, expressing myself and looks is okay. As long as I feel happy…

FEBRUARY - Be kind to yourself, I’m not perfect and I’m not ever going to be but I’m trying and be better then each day and that’s all that’s matter…

MARCH - I am deserving…I’m deserving of the life I dream of living. I am deserving of being happy. I AM DESERVING.

APRIL - In April I went back to a video of myself and I told myself I want feel good inside… and start working on going back to feeling good inside so it can show on the outside…

MAY - Just be you.. share yourself, I started sharing my personality again, getting comfortable in my skin. Just be you who ever is going gravitate will be the right people.

JUNE - I’m doing the best I can…I felt so many emotions during June I felt like I wasn’t doing or being enough but I just told myself I’m doing the best I can and as long as you do your best everything will get better and be okay...

JULY - Don’t be afraid of change, don’t be afraid of uncertainty and being uncomfortable…

AUGUST - You gotta take risk or you’ll be doing theme same shit for ever, august was one of my hardest times reverting back to my depressive modes, drowning in my old self but I decided I wanted to live and take risk and let go of the past…and so I did

SEPTEMBER - Let go of what you can’t control, let go of the past, let go of attachments… Let go… I hated to see myself sad and got tired of drowning so I had to let go of the version of myself!

OCTOBER - I am my top priority, I have to write my story, I am in control of my life, I must protect my energy peace, mental health, I am the creator of my story so I had to take my power back and take control.

NOVEMBER - Get comfortable with being uncomfortable…

DECEMBER - Never stop being a good person because of bad people

Life is undoubtedly a journey, and to make the most of it, it's essential to deeply connect with yourself and embrace the opportunities life presents. Your beliefs and convictions act as guiding forces, propelling you towards becoming the best version of yourself, but you must take the time to slow down, reflect, and listen to their whispers. Although the past is behind you, it holds valuable lessons that can be learned from without dwelling on its irrelevant aspects. Embrace the wisdom gained from the past as you forge ahead, empowered by self-awareness and an open heart to the possibilities of the present and the future.
